How do I join NO DAYS OFF?

All NDO memberships start with a brief phone call and a gym tour. Because NDO is an unstaffed gym, we like to meet all of our new members face-to-face before they join. During the gym tour, we’ll show you around, you can try the equipment if you’d like, we’ll walk you through the gym rules and answer all of your questions. If you decide to join, we can sign you up on the spot.

Is there any staff?

NDO is an unstaffed gym, open 24/7/365. As a member, you’ll access the gym through an app on your phone. *You may sometimes see the owners or support staff around the gym.

Can I bring my pet?

NDO does not allow any pets in the gym unless otherwise agreed upon with the owners.

Do I have to bring my own towel and toiletries for the showers?

We provide sweat towels, shower towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and fragrance-free spray deodorant. In the women's bathroom, we also have a blowdryer and menstrual products.

How do I cancel my membership?

We do not require you to sign any contracts when you join NDO. You can cancel your membership at any time, with or without cause. Once you request to cancel your membership, you will continue to have access to NDO until the end of that current billing cycle. We do not issue refunds for the remaining days of the current billing cycle. If you cancel your membership, you cannot reinstate that membership or reapply as a member for at least 30 days. You will also lose any FitRewards you have earned and milestone achievements.

Does NDO offer membership discounts?

NDO does not offer any membership discounts. However, the more you train, the less you’ll pay. Read more about our FitCash Rewards program.

When is NDO open?

NDO is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. If we need to close NDO at any time, for any reason, you will be notified beforehand.

Can I bring my kids?

NDO does not allow anyone under the age of 21 in the gym for any reason. Because NDO is unstaffed, only adults age 21+ (with active memberships) are allowed in the gym.

If you’re interested in training for your kids, consider the Sports Performance programs at Train Smarter and Harder (same location as NO DAYS OFF).

Does NDO offer guest passes?

NDO does not offer guest passes at this time.

Can I pause my membership?

We understand there are life events that might prevent you from being able to use your NDO membership for an extended period of time. Because of this, we allow all NDO members to request one indefinite pause per year. The minimum length of the pause is one billing cycle (28 days) and your membership will resume upon your request.

How do you keep your members safe?

Your safety is our top priority. Because NDO is an unstaffed gym, we offer medical alert lanyards for members to wear while they’re inside the gym, 24-hour live recorded surveillance, a robust security system, and bright indoor and outdoor lighting.
